Privacy policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Oncourt is an app for booking sports courts and joining matches in Lebanon. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who can see it, and how you can delete it.
What we collect
| Information | Why |
|---|---|
| Name, email address and password (or your Apple, Google or Facebook sign-in) | To create and secure your account. |
| Profile photo, bio, sports, skill levels and positions | To show your player profile and match you with players at your level. |
| Phone number, date of birth, gender, city and country | Phone: so the club can reach you about a booking. The rest: to complete your profile. These details are never shown to other players. |
| Bookings, matches, friends and reviews | To run your bookings and matches and show your history. |
| Match chat messages | So the players of a match can organise it. Only those players see them, and they are deleted when the match is over or cancelled. |
| Reports and blocks you make | To keep Oncourt safe: our team reviews reports, and blocks stop players from contacting you. |
| A notification token for your phone | To send booking confirmations, reminders and friend requests to your phone. |
If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from that service. With Apple, we receive your name and an email address (which can be a private relay address if you choose to hide yours). We never receive your password and we do not post anything on your behalf.
Who can see your information
- Other players see your name, photo and, if your profile is public, your bio, sports, levels and match statistics. They never see your email, phone, date of birth or gender.
- The club you book sees your name and phone number for that booking.
- The players of a match see that match's chat messages, until the chat is deleted after the match.
- Oncourt administrators can see account details to run the service and handle support. When you report something, they see your report and a copy of the reported content; they do not read match chats otherwise.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Services we use
Your data is stored by Supabase (database and sign-in, servers in the European Union). Phone notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Maps use OpenStreetMap. Sign-in with Google or Facebook is handled by those companies under their own policies. Payments are made at the club; Oncourt does not process card payments. Sign in with Apple is handled by Apple.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account exists. Match chat messages are deleted when the match is over or cancelled. Notifications are deleted after 90 days. Reports are kept while needed to keep Oncourt safe. When you delete your account, your profile, contacts and photo are removed (and, if you used Sign in with Apple, Oncourt's access to your Apple ID is revoked); clubs keep a record of past bookings without your name or phone number.
Delete your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. See how to delete your account and data.
Your rights
You can see and edit your information in the app, make your profile private, block other players, turn off notifications in your phone's settings, and delete your account. For any other request, contact us below. See also our terms of use.
Children
Oncourt is for people aged 13 and over.
