Terms of use
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the Oncourt app to book sports courts, join matches and play with other people in Lebanon. By creating an account or signing in (with email, Apple, Google or Facebook) you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
No tolerance for abuse. Oncourt does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Content or behaviour that breaks the community rules below is removed, and the people responsible are suspended or removed from Oncourt.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older to use Oncourt.
- Give your real name and keep your details accurate. One account per person.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your password private.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
Bookings and payment
- Booking in the app is free. You pay the club directly when you arrive.
- Each club sets its prices and its free-cancellation window, shown before you book. After that window, contact the club.
- Turn up for the courts you book. Repeated no-shows can lead to limits on your account.
- Clubs are responsible for their courts, facilities and staff.
Matches and match chat
- When you organise a match, the app books a court for it. Cancel it if you cannot play so the court is free for others.
- The players in a match can talk in its match chat. Only they see it, and every message is deleted once the match is over or cancelled.
Community rules
In your name, photo, bio, match notes, chat messages and reviews, and in how you treat other players and club staff, you must not:
- harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone;
- post hate speech or attack people for their religion, origin, gender, sexuality, disability or any other characteristic;
- post sexual, violent or otherwise objectionable content;
- send spam, scams or advertising, or impersonate another person;
- share other people's private information;
- do anything illegal, or try to break or misuse the app.
Reporting and blocking
- Report a player, a match or a chat message from its menu in the app (or long-press a message).
- Block a player from their profile: you stop being friends, neither of you can send the other a friend request, they cannot join your matches, and you do not see each other in search.
- Our team reviews every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or remove accounts responsible.
- Offensive words are refused automatically in names, bios, match notes and chat.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You allow Oncourt to show it in the app to the people it is meant for (for example your profile to other players, your match chat to the players of that match) for as long as it is on Oncourt.
Our service
We work to keep Oncourt available and accurate, but the app is provided as it is. Availability and prices come from the clubs. As far as the law allows, Oncourt is not responsible for injuries, disputes between players, or what happens at a club.
Ending your use
You can stop using Oncourt and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are important we will tell you in the app. Using Oncourt after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
