Delete your account and data

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Oncourt and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This works the same whether you signed up with email, Apple, Google or Facebook. If you used Sign in with Apple, the app asks Apple to confirm once more and then revokes Oncourt's access to your Apple ID.

Without the app

Email support@oncourtlb.com from the address of your account (or tell us the Google or Facebook account you used) and ask us to delete it. We do it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, photo, bio, contact details, sports and levels, friends, blocks, match chat messages, notifications and phone notification tokens. Upcoming bookings are cancelled.

Clubs keep a record of past bookings (date, court, price) for their accounts, without your name or phone.
